Flames of False Economy -The Big Chill
A fireside interactive situation examining the bureaucracies of exchange, commissioned by the Big Chill Festival 07, C6's yurt bank accompanied a lantern lit fireside lounge. As the kettle boiled on the fire those around the fire sipped their expensive (£2300) mint tea engaged in conversation.

 


 

Cabaret Vorltaire

Dotmasters- Cabaret Vorltaire, Zuerich.
The Dotmasters at large in Switzerland in a collaboration with Mediengruppe Bitnik who are preparing an exhibition at the gallery Cabaret Vorltaire in Zuerich about Social Hacking. The exhibition will open on the 9th of March 2007 and end sometime in late August 2007 with a festival. The dotmasters visit the town in mid April.

Social Hacking

Dotmasters - Social Hacking, Plymouth.
Social Hacking is a series of temporary public art commissions for Plymouth by international artists' groups against a backdrop of urban regeneration. An early test for the Dotmasters mobility in the art market to be premiered in Switzerland in April. both mona and adam take part in this MMS stencil campaign during this week long event.

Buzzcocks 30th Anniversary Tour

The c6 Disaster Unit Provided the bespoke projected accompaniment for shows during this 14 day tour. In addition to the show a retrospective exhibition of photographs from the last 30 years curated and created by Malcolm Garret with artwork by Linder, Jon Savage and Richard Boon was exhibited in various locations around the venue.

The fifth in this global survey of luxuries and necessities a dual display was created inside and outside the gallery in this activist art show The participating artists are Heath Bunting, C6, Kate Rich, Andy Deck and Eva and Franco Mattes (0100101110101101.ORG).

C6 also participated in the Furtherfield produced film 5+5=5 which contributed to the context of the exhibition. Participating artists and film makers are Mongrel, David Valentine, Chris Dooks, Furtherfield, Michael Szpakowski, Simon Poulter, Anya Lewin, .
